It is a lightweight facade cleaning system with a movable, single fixed-arm design positioned on the building terrace. Depending on the building facade, boom lengths between 2.5 meters and 5 meters can be manufactured. Motorized platforms for two persons or drum platforms can be used according to the project and requirements. Its horizontal movement is guided by either dual rails or a single rail on a concrete surface. A minimum clearance of 2 meters from the parapet is required for the machine to operate on all sides. Easy access to corners is facilitated by the separator arm mounted at the end of the boom, which can rotate up to +45°. The main body has motorized rotation capability. Thanks to it, access to the desired point on the facade is provided. The distance of the working platform from the facade can be adjusted thanks to the hydraulic system, and the platform can be parked on the terrace. All movements can be controlled from control panels located on the main body and the working platform. Optionally, cable control or steel rope control systems can be implemented. The SIS 85-10 series facade cleaning system is preferred for buildings up to a height of 400 meters. Safety measures such as dual safety ropes, safety lock systems, and rope tension control ensure a safe working environment. Operator errors are prevented thanks to the overload detection system, lower collision prevention bar, limit switches, and upper limit switches. Production and assembly are carried out in compliance with European standards EN 1808.
