Surface Temperature Transducer

The TTS sensor detects soil surface temperature, a key parameter for agrometeorological analysis. The sensing element is a platinum Pt100 resistance thermometer with a response curve compliant with the DIN 43760 Class 1/3 standard. The sensor is designed to ensure long-lasting performance in all environmental conditions, also ensuring long-term stability without the need for recalibration. The sensor body is made of high-quality plastic with stainless steel screws. The solar radiation protection shield is a non-hygroscopic, UV-resistant plastic body that provides adequate protection for the sensing element even from rain. The sensor is supplied complete with power and signal cables (12m).
