PAMAS OLS50P
The PAMAS OLS50P online particle counter is a stationary instrument for fluid condition monitoring. All types of light extinction sensors of the PAMAS HCB-LD series can be integrated in the PAMAS OLS50P. If required, the sensor can be built of resistant material, so that it can be used for the analysis of all types of liquids and critical fluids, from water down to strong acid. The PAMAS OLS50P is equipped with a wear resistant ceramic piston pump. The pump provides a constant flow rate of 10 or 25 ml/min at a pressure range from 0 to 6 bar. For data transfer, the user has the choice between digital and analogue interfaces. A RS485 data interface is part of the instrumentβs standard equipment for digital data transfer. The analogue 4-20 mA channel transmits data to a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller). This interface function makes the PAMAS OLS50P an effective instrument for condition monitoring.

PAMAS OLS4031
The online particle counter PAMAS OLS4031 emerged from the standard particle counter PAMAS S4031. The standard shell is made of coated steel. For Phosphat-Ester applications, the PAMAS OLS4031 is manufactured with a special stainless steel shell that protects the housing from corrosive liquids. The integrated stepper-motor-driven pump guarantees a constant flow. The PAMAS OLS4031 online particle counter is equipped with 32 size channels.

PAMAS FSA-2002
The PAMAS FSA-2002 Floc Size Analyser has been designed for coagulation and water treating systems. Water is often treated by adding flocculents. These flocculation agents are used to gather solid undissolved contaminants to particulate agglomerates. Before the process of filtration commences, the floc size and quantity is analysed using the PAMAS FSA-2002. Precise information about the particle size helps to verify and to determine if the process of coagulation is complete or if further flocculation agents must be added. The PAMAS FSA-2002 consists of the particle counter PAMAS 3116, the particle sensor PAMAS HCB-LD-900, a pump, an analysing system and a chassis enabling the mobile use on site and at different measuring points.

PAMAS FastPatch 2 GO
The microscope system PAMAS FastPatch 2 GO has been developed to comply with the standard ISO 4407 as an automated filter membrane particle counting and sizing system. The system is designed to measure the particles trapped on the surface of the filter. The analysis uses advanced image analysis and microscope automation techniques to provide rapid and accurate contamination results of whole or user specified areas of filters. The accurate and repeatable measuring results of the PAMAS FastPatch 2 GO are displayed in real time: providing a constantly updated particle count and contamination class results table. The clear and concise, user-defined end report displays the full patch analysis overview and the contamination classification table. The user can record images from any area of the filter membrane and add them to the end report with the size of each particle displayed. The PAMAS FastPatch 2 GO system complies with the international standard ISO 4407 and provides results to the following standards: SAE AS 4059, NAS 1638, ISO 4406 and ISO 16232. The system includes a high performance laptop or PC pre-configured with the analysis software.

PAMAS AS3
The PAMAS AS3 Autosampler is a fully automated laboratory particle counter for the unattended measurement of up to 600 samples per day.

PAMAS 4132
The PAMAS 4132 is used as a particle counting system for Single & Multipass Filter test rigs. The standard system fits in the test rigs of filter manufacturers. In case of a Single Pass Filter Test, the liquid passes the filter only once and then is deviated to the outflow. For Γ-ratio-analyses, the Single Pass Filter Test can be performed with two PAMAS 4132 instruments. Two PAMAS 4132 instruments - equipped with 32 size channels each - are also used for the Multipass Filter Test. This test rig with two particle counters allows simultaneous upstream and downstream measurements. For the Multipass Filter Test, the liquid flows continuously through the system. The particle counting system PAMAS 4132 analyses liquids of various viscosity degrees (e.g. oil, fuel, water, etc.). The system is adaptable to any Multipass application and Γ-ratio analysis.
