Types: GKT, GKD, GKG with stainless steel coupling pins G1, G2, G4
Quick connectors for high flow rates, regulator-mounted, torch-mounted, and for hose extension. Gas hose couplings GKT, GKD, GKG with coupling pins G1, G2, G4 IBEDA hose couplings according to EN561/ISO7289 make setting up and taking down equipment faster and easier. IBEDA hose couplings automatically cut off gas flow when disconnected. IBEDA quick connectors come in three different gas connections for fuel gas, oxygen and inert gas, for added safety the quick connectors come with gas specific connections and do not allow users to mix gas types These gas hose couplings for high flow are offered in two sizes: DN 8 and DN 12 with thread sizes up to G1/2" according to EN 560. The coupling pins are available with or without gas cut-off valve. IBEDA quick-action couplings are subjected to a 100% function test.

Types: DKT, DKD, DKG / DKT-W, DKD-W, DKG-W with coupling pins D1, D2, D4
IBEDA hose couplings with top-hat sealing are available as PUSH or PULL system. Depending upon their wishes, the users can choose from two locking systems. The construction of the coupling bodies is absolutely identical but the handling during coupling and uncoupling varies, i.e. the moving direction of the locking sleeve is different.

Type: GRS 25, GRS 32, GRS 50
Application areas of the products are thermal process plants in the area of public gas supply as well as heating processes for welding, cutting, and related processes that are operated with mixtures of fuel gas and air. In this area the safety devices are used to safeguard plants, pipeline systems and tapping points and prevent gas return and flashback. The gas non-return valves (check valves) are available in three sizes, DN 25, DN 32 and DN 50 with thread from 1/2" to 2" as well as special thread, in brass or stainless steel.

Type: GRV 20, GRV 25, GRV 32, GRV 50

DURALOYPLUS
Powder spray torch for thermal spraying with self-fluxing alloys and melting at the same time. Most types of metal can be coated with the the DURALOYPLUS torch, provided that the melting point is higher than the working temperature of the alloy. During the operation, the powder particels pass through the flame and onto the surface of the work piece. The bonding is achieved by fusion with the parent metal. In comparison to the DURALOY, the DURALOYPLUS torch offers an even more comfortable handling by the integrated quick-action shut-off valve. When operation is interrupted, the gas mixture, which was adjusted previously, is maintained. Therefore, it is not necessary to spend any time re-adjusting the mixture when setting up the re-operation. This is advantageous for applications with frequent interruptions of work.

DURALOY (HA-Bond)
The DURALOY (HA-Bond) powder spray torch adds strength by manually spraying thin protective films on surfaces and over edges. Offers the addition of a high grade of coating to protect against abrasion, corrosion, erosion and cavitation that can be produced permanently and economically for low costs. Metal powders are sprayed and melted into the surface by a gas/oxygen flame. Rockwell hardness ranging from 25-65 HRC are possible. Machining of material is possible post production.

Type: TGMS-BKH-SSE-U13-25/1,5-SIMAX-2x1-GEV5
IBEDA mobile gas manifolds with integrated tapping points offer custom solutions for mobile gas supply. Up to six workstations can be supplied simultaneously from two MCPs. All inherent safety devices comply with DIN EN 14114.

Type: GMS-SSE-U13-25/1,5-SIMAX3-1x1
IBEDA mobile gas manifolds offer custom solutions for mobile gas supply. All inherent safety devices comply with DIN EN 14114. The hanger ensures the secure mounting of the gas manifold at the MCP rack.

Type: GMS-BKH-SSE-U13-25/1,5-SIMAX3-2x1
BEDA gas manifolds for Acetylene comply with DIN EN 14114 and TRAC 204, 206 and 208. They are mounted on a stainless steel plate and are IBExU tested and approved. The modular design provides highest flexibility in installation and ensures to meet the customer‘s requirement. The whole capacity range up to 1503 m3/h can be covered by this modular concept.

GASSTOP anti-leakage device (for use with liquid gas only)
The worldwide unique vacuum safety device the IBEDA ATEX is a combination of a safety device and an anti-leakage device for use in combination with injector burners. Due to the injector effect, the vacuum valve of the ATEX is opened, thus filling the pressureless hose created by the ATEX. Now the burner can be taken into operation. When using ATEX at a tapping point, no tapping point regulator is necessary. With its double hose system the anti-leakage device GASSTOP prevents leaking fuel gas from the hose system from even the smallest punctures. The ATEX anti-leakage and safety devices are suitable for many industrial gases (Fuel gases) such as acetylene, hydrogen, ethane, natural gas, propane, propylene, butane, as well as oxygen and compressed air.

Type: GG, GT, TT,DG-U, DG91UA
IBEDA offers flashback arresters with flame barriers and gas non-return valves (check valves). The flashback arresters GG, GT, TT and DG91UA are torch or point of use (i.e. cutting machines) flashback arresters that have the safety features of a flame barrier and a gas non-return valve (check valve), thus meeting the requirements of a flashback arrester described in EN ISO 5175-1. The integrated flame barrier extinguishes the flashbacks and protects the valve to make sure it works safely even after a flashback. The flashback arrester model TT is a barb connection that installs a reverse flow check valve and flashback arrester in welding hose. The torch mounted or hose mounted flashback arresters prevent hazardous gas mixtures from harming the user. IBEDA offers flashback arresters for many industrial gases (Fuel gases) such as acetylene, hydrogen, methane, natural gas, propane, propylene, butane, as well as oxygen and compressed air.

Type: DGN-VA, DG91N-VA, DEMAX 5N-VA, ESF-VA
In addition to the already established DG91N-VA, there are three new flashback arrestor types available now which are suitable for pure gas applications: DEMAX-VA, DGN-VA and ESF-VA - providing maximum safety and functionality. With these products you are now even more flexible in areas that impose particularly high demands to the material and the environment.

Type: SRT, DGN, DG91N, DEMAX 5N
IBEDA offers dry-type flashback arrestors (FBA) with flame barriers, gas non-return valves (check valves), thermal shut-off valves and pressure-sensitive cut-off valves. The flashback arrestors SRT, DGN, DG91N and DEMAX 5N have the safety features of a flame barrier, gas non-return valve (check valve) and a thermal shut-off valve, thus meeting the requirements of a flashback arrester described in EN ISO 5175-1. DEMAX 5N is a dry-type high flow flashback arrestor (FBA) that uses several DGNs in parallel connection to give users a higher gas flow. The models SR, DG, and DG91 have two built-in safety functions: a flame barrier and a non-return valve (check valve). The integrated flame barrier extinguishes the flashbacks and protects the valve to make sure it works safely even after a flashback. IBEDA offers flashback arrestors (FBA) for many industrial gases (Fuel Gases) such as acetylene, hydrogen, methane, natural gas, propane, propylene, butane, as well as oxygen and compressed air.
