Hulda Transformers

Transformers suited to the requirements of hospitals are manufactured according to stringent standards: Reinforced insulation according to Standard VDE0551, IEC61558-2-15, IEC60601-1, galvanic isolated windings, low leakage current, thermocouple and static shield to be connected to monitoring system, current transformer, etc.

The toroidal transformer is one of the main products of Hulda Transformers, due to the growing demand for such transformers. The factory flagship product is characterized by compliance with IEC61558 standard, which makes it suitable for electronic equipment in a highly dense environment. The toroidal transformer has the ability to transmit power with high efficiency and the power / volume ratio is superior to the standard transformers. Due to its structure, the magnetic flux is concentrated in the transformer body and has very small noise effect on the electronic components in its environment. The manufacturing process is according to customer’s specifications for various voltages, frequencies, power rating and specific standards. The transformers are Class B 130ºC and are available with Class H 180ºC insulation system. These transformers are also available with UL Recognized certificates.

Single phase isolating transformers are used as protection from electrocution of the users and for adjusting the voltage to the voltage required by the powered equipment. These transformers are built in accordance with Safety Standards for transformers IEC 61558 and are used in electrical cabinets as a control transformer or for operation of electronic equipment in industrial machines. These transformers supplies voltage, power, frequency and build to meet standards according to customers’ specifications. Three phase transformers are designed to convert three-phase voltage to one phase or three- phase according to the equipment requirements. The transformer works as three single phase transformers. These products are produced according to the customers’ requirements with special care given to the requirements of isolation of Primary input voltage from the single or multiple outputs.
