Concrete cabinet with polyester cabinet
Fiberglass reinforced concrete cabinet and polyester cabinet (300x450x160). Ideal for safe and durable installations, it allows for the placement of assemblies inside.
Water analysis cabinet: made of polyester with mounting
Hot molded and compression manufactured fiberglass reinforced polyester wardrobe. Standard front panel “drinking water quality control”. Custom lettering available upon request. The lock is secured by a stainless steel latch operated by a chrome-plated brass spindle with an Allen head. Other locking mechanisms (triangular, square) are available upon request. Upon request, the polyester wardrobe can be manufactured in sand color. Inlet valve: DN 20, anti-fraud and non-return angle seat valve made of CW617N brass; complies with UNE19804 specifications; designed for connection with 25 mm outside diameter polyethylene pipe. An inlet valve for 32 mm outside diameter PE pipe is available upon request. Our PREMIUM polypropylene water meter battery is superior to conventional ones. It is weld-free, rust-free, and complies with UNE 53943:2017. One-piece PPR tube , with built-in plastic plate, without welding. Polypropylene pipe circuit according to UNE-EN ISO 15874-1:2004 and UNE-EN ISO 15874-2:2004. Models available from 4 to 45 counters . (4-2-2") refers to (number of counters - number of rows - plate diameter). UNE 53943:2017: The battery outlets to the meter inlet valves must be at least DN20 for flanged outlet and (3/4") for threaded outlet. UNE 19804:2002: Valves of a smaller diameter than that corresponding to the meter to be installed, as indicated in current legislation, may not be installed, nor may they exceed it by more than two consecutive diameters, so in traditionally manufactured batteries with welded nozzles, the assembly of DN20 valves cannot be allowed when required by the company.

The composite ball inlet valve, designed with an integrated plate, is ideal for water heater installations. It offers high mechanical strength, zero corrosion resistance, and excellent performance even at low temperatures. This model is compatible with 13, 15, and 20 mm water meters, and its composite construction prevents theft of materials for scrap.
