Production of corrugated pipes with steel reinforcement is applied to pipes in diameters 600DN-2400DN. Our triple-layer corrugated pipes have the inner layer made from high-density polyethylene, an intermediate layer of steel and adhesive polyethylene, and the exterior layer from HDPE, which provides a flat looking view and makes it possible to reduce the cost and increase the service life of the product.

Double corrugated polyethylene pipes (corrugated pipes) are primarily produced in diameters 100DN-600DN. The inner side of the double corrugated pipes is made of the flat layer from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and the exterior layer is corrugated. Inner walls can be tailor-made in yellow, white, and blue colors according to the customer's wishes.

High-density polyethylene pipe systems manufactured by "Azertexnolayn" are produced in compliance with the requirements of EN 12201-2 / AZS 806-2 and EN 1555-2 / AZS 805-2 GOST P 50838 standards with available certificates of conformity. The products are provided with ISO 9001-2015 Quality Management System certification. PE pipes do not change the odor and taste of water. Therefore, it is provided with health and hygiene certificates. PE 100 pipes have 50 years of full warranty period with operation at 20°C.
