Dripping pipe realized on a cylindrical pipe in polyethylene with fast water jets self-compensating, anti-siphon and anti-drain dripping device: The self-compensating dripper guarantees a perfect flow uniformity thanks to the silicone membrane inserted inside it, that acts as a mechanical brake. The anti-siphon system prevents the suction of earth during the emptying of the pipe, so as to keep the dripper always clean. The anti-drainage system avoids emissions at the end of the irrigation cycle and reduces the filling time to the next cycle: the dripper opens and closes at 0.35 bar. When the irrigation system is switched off, the dripper closes and the pipe does not continue to drip while remaining full. The PC-DRIP ATP AS-DS dripping pipe is ideal for multi-year irrigation systems with sloping soils, sub-irrigation, fertirrigation and crop systems that require maximum flow accuracy.

Dripping hose made on low-thickness flexible pipe made of top quality polyethylene, with continuous labyrinth with fast water jets. Pluvio Tape represents the most advanced technological solution in drip irrigation. The labyrinth is welded during the extrusion phase and the water outlet hole is made with a linear cut that opens when the hose is under pressure and closes at the end of the irrigation cycle, avoiding the entry of foreign particles into the labyrinth. The labyrinth profile is designed to create fast water jets that ensure high flow uniformity and an excellent coefficient of production variation (CV). It is ideal in cases of very close plant sixths, sandy and very draining soils thanks to the presence of drop points with reduced spacing, and light sub-irrigation systems. We recommend the use of the Pluvio Tape dripping hose in case of very short spacing.

Low density polyethylene (LDPE), first process recycled. It is black with four green or blue lines and it is ultraviolet rays resistant (UV). It is produced in compliace with UNI 7990:2015 standard. It is suitable for long-term irrigation systems, for open fields and greenhouses.

Dripping hose made on a low-thickness flexible tube made of top quality polyethylene, with a flat dripper with fast water jets. Pluvio dripper is patented by ATP and it is inserted and welded during the extrusion phase at prearranged distances. The labyrinth is designed with large internal passages that create a high turbulence to make it self-cleaning. Pluvio dripping hose is suitable for irrigation and fertigation of single-season and multi-season crops: 6 – 8 mils for single-season crops; 10 – 12 – 15 – 18 mils for multi-seasonal crops. We recommend the use of this product in case of spacing from 15 cm.

Dripping pipe made on cylindrical polyethylene pipe with cylindrical dripper with turbulent flows. The dripper is made with large-section cavities which reduce the risk of blockages by exploiting the turbulence of the flows. It is symmetrical, patented and designed to be inseparably welded to the internal wall of the pipe to avoid risks of detachment and breakage. These characteristics make the pipe very resistant to rubbing and crushing on the ground, to mechanical stress during and after installation, and allow the pipe to be rewound and reinstalled using manual and mechanical means. The smooth walls and uniform thickness of the tube minimize pressure losses, allowing the dripper to be cleaned. Ideal for multi-year irrigation systems, gently sloping terrain and light sub-irrigation. ATP dripping pipe is available in the Normal version, with two outlet holes, and Double, with four water outlet holes, ideal for sandy soils.

TORO 25 VIOLET system consists of monolayer pipes made of PP-R Random Copolymer Polypropylene, with additives to increase resistance to low pH and high level of alkalinity. TORO 25 VIOLET pipes are marked by violet lines that allow easy identification of the product in installations. TORO 25 VIOLET range allows to quickly create lightweight, safe and high-performance systems, in full compliance with the requirements of UNI EN ISO 15874-2-5 and DIN 8077-78, and with international standards for recycled water transport systems. Therefore, it can be used for a variety of applications: non-human domestic use, emergency water supply, etc. (TORO 25 VIOLET is not suitable for drinking water transport). TORO 25 VIOLET pipes are perfectly compatible with all TORO 25 accessories. The range includes PN10 pipes with SDR11.

TORO 25 CLIMA FIBER EvO system consists of three-layer pipes made of a special blend of PP-R EvO, Random Copolymer Plypropylene with special and improved crystalline structure, reinforced with glass fiber, used for the adduction of pressure fluids. It represents a variant of the TORO 25 FIBER EvO system. TORO 25 CLIMA FIBER EvO pipes are produced with four coextruded blue lines that facilitate their identification in air conditioning and refrigeration installations. *PP-R EvO = PP-RCT (type 4) TORO 25 CLIMA FIBER EVO pipes are perfectly compatible with all TORO 25 accessories. The range includes PN10, PN16 and PN20 pipes with SDR7,4, SDR11 and SDR17.

This particular blend is called Fiber Evo: Fiber → glass fiber ; EvO → PP-R EvO. *PP-R EvO = PP-RCT (type 4) TORO 25 FIBER EvO system is used in hot/cold water supply systems in the residential, commercial, industrial and naval sectors. TORO 25 FIBER EvO pipes are perfectly compatible with all the accessories of the TORO 25 system. The range includes PN20 pipes with SDR6, SDR 7,4, SDR9.
