Constructed from 304 or 316L stainless steel for durability and corrosion resistance. Equipped with various micron stainless steel screens, allowing customization based on filtration requirements. Removable screen feature allows for easy cleaning and maintenance, promoting extended usability and hygiene.

APT’s Processors offer versatile, high-performance solutions for a range of mixing, heating, and cooling applications in food and dairy production. Each processor is designed with a durable heat exchange surface and customized agitation systems to support efficient blending, ensuring even heating or cooling for consistent product quality. Compliant with 3-A Standard 25-03, ensuring sanitary construction and adherence to industry standards. Dimpled heat exchange surface maximizes heating and cooling efficiency, with multiple zone options available for precise control. Constructed from 304 or 316L stainless steel with a polished finish (32 RA) for durability and easy cleaning. Standard features include a 20-inch hinged manway, vent assembly, CIP connection, outlet connection, adjustable ball feet, and lift lugs for easy handling.
